you would be surprised what holds up in court....especially given your example (I am an exercise physiologist)....stuff like your example goes to court every day lol
I believe I am in the clear though, I never told the guy he had to buy anything and made it clear to him that it was his decision and I am not a licensed stock advisor.
Probably just trying to scare me in to giving him back the $50k he lost (which I CLEARLY do not have lol)
