Not revealing proprietary information or not revealing time lines for those things outside the control of management is not lying. The filing with AMEX has already been confirmed here. Whether or not readers chose to accept the confirmation is a different matter. The timing for that uplisting is between the company and AMEX. The only thing I know is that the uplisting requires a review of the most recent financials, so we can certainly speculate on when the uplisting may or may not take place.
Finally, expanding the definition of lying to include any and all omissions does not negate the purpose and intent of that post essentially accusing the company officers of shareholder disregard and malfeasance based on what others in the industry do.
