The stock has been flagged on the RegSho List... tomorrow is day 13, which means legally they have to start covering short shares this week. There are ways they can manipulate that, but to answer your question - yes it has been flagged.
MMs may be unwilling to short it further b/c they're only digging themselves a deeper hole. The longs aren't selling, the core members own the float +++, they may recover a few shares here and there from some weak handed holders, but not enough to stop this train.
