It hasn't been flagged yet for today. We don't know for sure yet. Also, key word being "legally." I read up on it and the rules seem pretty direct in regards to it. However, it's been up for 20+ days before with no repercussions. Being the SEC who enforces it, I'm not hanging my hat on it having any ripping effect.
Guys.MM's can keep selling shares till the year 3000 with GRNO. No one will stop them.The SEC???Will never happen. Hope we can stop anyone who wants to sell when it dips to .10 and below. This is what the makers will do. Again,they have more power than you think. Keep up the fight.
there is no legal obligation for these FTDs to be covered or cleared up through the DTCC/x-clearing, hence why you can see a security on the threshold list for over 13 days. However, after 13 days said market maker must clear up their FTDs and the security must be off the list before they can continue to short the security.
I understand that GRNO has been flagged however, my question was are they mandated not to create more air shares or is their another reason why their are no more short sells available?
