220 Million new shares, have nothing to do with CNEX. That is the problem.

EDWIN did not issue those .0001 notes. It was the Previous CEO

There already in the hands of whomever received them. They can sell at anytime.

A JV or R/S or whatever takes place will have to do with CNEX the Problem is Edwin and Karen know this is. Until those notes are converted we are going to be in a holding pattern till we get answers.

CNEX has NO revunue, and the Float is running thin. If the note holders converted there shares we would have a lousy 150 Mill available shares to sell for financing. That is not enough.

But...... Buying at these levels imo is not going to effect anyone if there is gold and we go through a R/S.

All Speculation though.
