If the note holders converted there shares we would have a lousy 150 Mill available shares to sell for financing. That is not enough.

Here's a thought: It's not enough at the current pps!!

How about some intelligent PR's that contain meat, and real progress?
150 million shares would then be "More than Enough".

I believe Edwin knows this, and is about to turn things around.

If there is gold the note holders will hold for much higher prices.If the pending geo report sucks they will start selling all IMO.
