That is supposed to be reassuring? The 5X OS is the issue, anyway, not that there may be further dilution. The guys here aren't wanting to give him a beatdown because he might issue more shares to raise money. They are kinda sore about the ones just issued. Like I said from the beginning, "a prompt and credible PR" to explain the whole mess. "Credible" is a bit of a stretch yet. All I see is tapdancing when honest intent would have been so simple to explain. Forget us, if he really cares about his family who are invested in this firm, he will do what it takes to help us help them. He runs a five man office with a bunch of short term rental offices and closers who I doubt he respects much more than he respects the average shareholder. His reputation is integral to the product here and we have a right to expect him to behave in a logical and ethical manner.
All that being said, It was a bad week for stocks. I'd give retracement and bad timing some credit for the selloff. Really, really bad timing, if there is any good time to jack shareholders for that kind of equity.
