Conversation with Steve Caliguari, CEO of Freedom Grill

Just got off the phone with Mr. Caliguari, CEO of Freedom Grill. I can't express how excited I am from my conversation. Here are some items I could rely to the board:

-The company is in discussions with 2 major retailers in the beer industry to include in some facet a joint effort including Freedom Grill.

-The company is also working on a couple of LOIs with retailers to increase Freedom Grills market appeal.

-Looking to get more infomercials concerning the grill and it's new products. that includes a new product that is close to market and has greater capabilities.

-They will look to increase exposure to the NASCAR crowd and look for a major advertising push aimed at the open of the NASCAR season.

-They are pulling back Margaritaville and Jimmy Buffet for now and will relaunch it....stronger and better.

-There will be a name change.

-They will look to uplist...goal is OTC fully reporting!

-Share Structure will remain untouched at 54M float...NO Dilution...No debt.

-They are also working on self billing grills. For example: your own grill made to order with a MLB,NFL,NHL or NASCAR emblem on the grill.


I'm thinking now is the time to load while it's quiet cause by the EOY I'm thinking this pps will be way, way higher. If half of the items I listed above occur, I can't see no reason why we don't see .15-25 by years end.
