Appreciate the advise.

I stumbled on to Alto because of Rice, a director who is a stand up person.

I have seen that Mark does not have an enviable track record. We've spoken. He is obviously bright, driven and hopefully realizes you can burn just so many bridges before you are "untouchable."

He has promised an update when he has facts. Hopefully he will do as he says insofar as Alto is concerned.

No way would I buy an important number of shares until I feel comfortable.
