Well I'll be!! ALTO and sw mining have parted ways. . With the millions in stockholder money klokie took, i would have thought he would keep that relationship going. What did klokie do with 215million worth of alto stock. . I smell a fat rat! Wow!

I wonder if Mark can rent out the 'permenant corporate housing' in Mali if the St. Watson deal is done. Hey Mark, can you handle being a slum lord? Your shareholders need revenue.

Alto Group Holdings Announces Permanent Corporate Housing and Offices Established Within Mali, West Africa

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Jun 20, 2011) - Alto Group Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: ALTO) ("Alto Group" or the "Company"), an innovative mining and commodities trade company headquartered in New York, announces the company has signed a lease to rent corporate housing and maintain full-time offices within Mali, West Africa

Another Klok defaulted deal in his HMIT days. Cost North Bay $100,000. How much do you figure Mark made for doing nothing?

In 2008, the Company entered into a joint-venture agreement with Hidalgo Mining International Inc. ("Hidalgo") to explore and develop the Silver Leaf Property. Terms of the agreement called for Hidalgo to commit up to $1.25 million USD over three years for developmental drilling and surface ore recovery, and to make an initial payment to North Bay of $50,000 USD. In lieu of cash, the Company agreed to accept payment as 6,329,114 shares of HMIT stock. Hidalgo was also committed to maintain the claims in good standing by applying any work expenditures towards the claims, or else pay the required British Columbia Cash-in-Lieu fees. In October 2009, Hidalgo informed the Company that it could not meet its commitments, and the joint-venture was terminated. . The Company has not issued any of its own stock in connection with this joint-venture, and to the best of our knowledge Hidalgo does not own any shares of the Company

Default for non performance

Interesting choice of post to hit "reply to" goldenboy1129. That post is almost a year old. Message remains the same.

What happened Bro, when I meet you in Georgia
on your way to the Kongo, you acted like ALTO was the real deal, it had so many things going on, and was the bomb!

turned out to be a typical pennystock bomb

well last time I emailed you, I indicated that ALTO was looking pretty scammy, and you got very defensive.

Im guessin your not so defensive now!
