Jazz acquired Orphan Medical. The product was already approved. I'm not sure what you're talking about with your perfect example.

Sometimes stocks go up after approval and continue, other times they go down and stay that way. I wouldn't generalize like you do.

The market did have a summer rally again. 2 years in a row your 99% rule was violated.
