90 percent of stocks that do a RS split. (especially those with no merit), end up in the same place shortly thereafter.

No one wins here.

CTP, i was just thinking the same thing. If Mark does R/S now, and the emails are legit, then Mark has violated Reg FD, possibly multiple times. If people sold due to the emails, they have violated insider trading laws.

Normally I don't worry much about the SEC investigating pink trading. I usually assume they are bribed to look the other way on much of it.

But in MIKP's case, the SEC just took EESO to the mat, and EESO was launched and managed by all the same people. ie: Mark was EESO's IR, and Kistler/Carnes ran the stock manipulation.

We know Kistler was active in MIKP recently due to his company, NOBS, paying for the two shakerzzz pumps.

So the SEC might be watching here, possibly even monitoring this board, given their crackdown on Matt (iHub exec/admin) a couple years ago for msg board fraud.

If all of the above is true, including the emails, then a near-term R/S might result in the SEC knocking on the door of Mark and other posters here.

No telling how it'll play, but seems logical that Mark is very wary of the SEC after watching the EESO takedown first-hand.
