no, sorry doesnt work like that.

@ any moment, they can convert there pref shares back into common @ any convertible rate they desire.

@ which point you will see the o/s back to 1.5 billion in a hurry with them in the control seat once more.

thats if they choose that pathway.

another one is they could dilute to 1.5 billion, r/s and then convert back into common an take 100% control again.

this stock is starting to act exactly how enti did, an if it follows through this will break above .007 (@ which point i will sell, if not before .007) IMO
