I think that once we get some better insight from the company in the coming weeks ahead. This will give us a better direction of what's going on. All of the right question's are being asked so now it's up the "management" to explain ... No biggie, it's still WAY undervalued for what it-is currently :)

How? If they loose controlling interest, if they no longer hold majority shares in the company can they remain in the drivers seat and make any decisions?
I though share holders have a vote in company matters. Particularly those that have a material impact on our investments? SEC has laws for reasons, such as increasing the share structures.
