Don't a clue on the price DFW. Good will at this point would be one of the major factors as well as patents. Seldom do buyouts involve cash, usually it's a stock-for-stock exchange in order to avoid instant tax liability.
It would have to be a total buyout. Cash would be a no no. Stocks would be the way to go.
The price would depend on how strong the company is to the buyer. They might want it at 50 cents on the dollar, which would under cut the shareholders, or maybe give double the value of the stock to make everyone willing to make the sale.
A price is really out of my hands. Just like everyone complains here about what the actual price is being traded at any given time, the price for a buyout would depend on what a buyer is willing to spend on it...
