A buyout from a better known company would be ideal for investors, as our new stocks would be more liquifiable.
From other research outside this board and a few phone calls, I've learned that Serge is not motivated by the money, but by the prestige of having his name on something incredible as the DynoValve and other future products. I really have no solid source to back this other than what has been relayed to me by others.
A possible answer to the question of what is keeping SaVi afloat... Apparently Serge has deep enough pockets to keep the lights on in Santa Ana all on his own. Nobody has said that this is the case, but it is definately a possibility, and more power to the company if that's what it takes to get it off the ground.
Noone will know for sure until this company starts reporting a few numbers.
