Fish, I am in your camp regarding the Naked short outstanding. I also believe there could be up to 2 billion shares that have been sold naked.

If this stock was halted with a per share settlement amount. Would all those that had sold short have to cover at that price? I would think they would, but would like that clarified.

This can not happen unless eveyone who is holding these shares does so in a non margin account. Or

Everyone request the certificates.

Even then that would onnly be a small or minimal impact.

Only control we have at our level.
