The only problem I see with this excellent scenario William is the validity of the common stock. We know it has a plus 1.7 Bil O/S, but many here have specualted it actually could be at or near 2.8 Bil with the NSS positions that are out there. If this is true, the stock will be worth more on the market (because clsoing of NSS) position than it will be on a settlement table number.

This is why it is important "Right Now" to push for a name and Cusip # change, because it will make all shorts and NSS cover, which could push this thing into the $$$$ teens if the NSS is as bad as most think. Stock will be worth more on market than valuation. It is possible to push this, we just need a representative firm (like the wamuequity joinder) to push the Motion for a name/cusip change. We have the potential to make large $$$ if this theory is true, JPM/GS/MS will Shiat over it..

IMO this is will work..
