if it were a popularity contest, spng would win hands down

of course .. since when has truth, facts and due diligence ever been a part of the average spng share holder>?

the proof is right before everyones eyes .. the majority of the shares holders have ignored or dismissed the facts and truth over the last year about SPNG .. and most still do as of today

Judge seemed to hold trustees atty in contempt at end for not sharing all docs and not performing DD and for late filing of motion.

R U saying the judge blames the US trustee .. for spng not filing the required paper work for the chapter 11 ( bare bones fining )

or the fling by the US trustee to the court

if so - does not make sense for the judge to beat up the US trustee .. for any fling - with 2 bk's and spng not cooperating with him .. along with the FBI holding a bunch of files and all the motions to defend himself as trustee
