Judge seemed to hold trustees atty in contempt at end for not sharing all docs and not performing DD and for late filing of motion.

R U saying the judge blames the US trustee .. for spng not filing the required paper work for the chapter 11 ( bare bones fining )

or the fling by the US trustee to the court

if so - does not make sense for the judge to beat up the US trustee .. for any fling - with 2 bk's and spng not cooperating with him .. along with the FBI holding a bunch of files and all the motions to defend himself as trustee
