i just cannot believe Pike is as stupid as that statement makes him out to be. Something is amiss here and I still feel Pike was in on the scam to some degree.
he was .. or at least he though he was - I believe Pike thought he was getting some good inside info. I'll bet when the suspension hit, if the FBI subpoenas his phone/email/text records it will show lots of activity with the 2 crooks. With both whispering in his ear it was just a mistake and the SEC has cleared then to continue trading right after the 10 day suspension. The 10k filing is ready to go with HUGE revenue and profit numbers. the stall .. the lie .. in effect!
