i just cannot believe Pike is as stupid as that statement makes him out to be. Something is amiss here and I still feel Pike was in on the scam to some degree.

he was .. or at least he though he was - I believe Pike thought he was getting some good inside info. I'll bet when the suspension hit, if the FBI subpoenas his phone/email/text records it will show lots of activity with the 2 crooks. With both whispering in his ear it was just a mistake and the SEC has cleared then to continue trading right after the 10 day suspension. The 10k filing is ready to go with HUGE revenue and profit numbers.
