Thanks for the explanation. I still don't think what you said warrents picking on someone who actually bought their shares at the ask. Bid support by your definition could result in the buyer not being able to get filled. That is great for someone who has enough shares already, but could hurt a person trying to buy in a starting position. Am I wrong? I think buying at the ask is very important to the smaller investor. JMO
On the other hand, no one supports a bid wacker!!!
