and none of their OBJ can cover the fact the insiders looted the company and sold 3 billion shares .. and created millions in
hidden debt, lawsuits and huge fines,sanctions and penalties by the SEC/DOJ/IRS in order to enrich themselves in the process of the scam..

no matter what trustee .. the commons will be wiped out and revoked by the SEC for failure to file .. I believe I was right about PIKE being a bag holder ( secret whispers in the ear ) and I will be right about this..

and on top of it.. all the bad news is not even out yet!!

That was an extremely decent thing to say.

Interesting objections and if I was a shareholder, I would agree that Hays is not the best guy to look after my interests, based on his track record.
An unbiased judge may well agree with the objections from Pike and this group.
If I was the judge I don't think I could, in all fairness, disregard the application, and would probably replace hays, without prejudice.
In the end, a lot of good people who don't read chat boards and were not exposed to all that is posted there, lost a lot and they should have a shot at some sort of relief.
