That was an extremely decent thing to say.

Interesting objections and if I was a shareholder, I would agree that Hays is not the best guy to look after my interests, based on his track record.
An unbiased judge may well agree with the objections from Pike and this group.
If I was the judge I don't think I could, in all fairness, disregard the application, and would probably replace hays, without prejudice.
In the end, a lot of good people who don't read chat boards and were not exposed to all that is posted there, lost a lot and they should have a shot at some sort of relief.
