I couldn't agree more. I feel Eric suckered alot of people in at high levels with his BS. I once believed him, but now I despise him. I feel he is at best shady and inept. How can it take eight months to uplist on pinksheets? Why would he even want to report earnings when they're this low? Better off keeping the investment community in the dark IMO. I unfortunately own several million shares bought when Lowe's was imminent. Needless to say I'm down a boatload of cash. When I do sell this stock I plan to contact the SEC to inform them of what I consider to be shenanigans and urge them to look into who is buying those 504's.

Can you support this statement

His past memos appear to be coming back to bite him at the moment, as a lot of what has been documented in the past have, so far, been riddled with what currently appears to be empty promises and blatant pumps (eg congrats to those who got in below 0.02...lol).

Again, I don't recall him congratulating anybody buying below .02 (that was taken from a poster..and now has become almost urban legend since stated so many times - it didn't come out of Eric's mouth or memos)

he did "congratulate" in a way those that have been able to see what WNBD is trying to accomplish with building a global brand. he has always been clear via company website, videos and certain extent memos about the speculative nature WNBD still exists in....

-----------

Memos are a form of communication between the CEO and shareholder body that inquires of general interest topics, etc.

They are in the context of the moment, but things can obviously change the next day, week, month, or even year (that's business).

I'd rather have correspondence and information then nothing at all, realizing that anything anybody has to say should be taken in context and ran through many filters to arrive and what individually folks believe to be reliable, reasonable, or just salesy talk.

----------

Tough to build a brand, even tougher to do it in present economic climate; yet WNBD continues to add household retailer names (in Canada and recently New Zealand), we very much need those names to start happening in USA imo (for benefit of all shareholders).

As well as some have stated taking care of some "little administrative things" (like Current Status, product specific site, etc.)
