Only recently has the company actively pursued getting to Current Status.
They felt it was fine to go from no information to limited (for first quarter and time being) as got involved with other business endeavors (DRTV, new retailers (london drugs, hasty, spartan, etc.) and then repicked it up to complete the process of getting to Current Status.
So now we have a confirmed action to get it done. Waiting on attorney letter last we knew.
Prior to, it was the wishes of many (including myself) that it would have been done sooner (because as shareholders..we always want things sooner rather then later lol)
