All cloud computing would eliminate back office hardware. I think the edge is table side order entry and payment. There isnt alot of time held up waiting for a terminal to cash out but its nice to have the server right at tableside not leaving with your card. Also interfacing with menu to educate the server on ingredients and preperation of menu items.
