ab, There WAS an extension granted in the Dicon case, however. This means that the stuff that was due in the NY case on Friday is now officially overdue. I think it's a safe bet that SM and company thought this was a shoo-in. And if they had simply said something in the request about the delayed trustee appointment (as they did in Ga.) it probably would have been.
scion, looks like the judge is finally getting wise to the delay tactics of Moskowitz. Maybe the pace of things will pick up now. I think Moskowitz just ran into a gauntlet. :)
