There WAS an extension granted in the Dicon case, however. This means that the stuff that was due in the NY case on Friday is now officially overdue. I think it's a safe bet that SM and company thought this was a shoo-in. And if they had simply said something in the request about the delayed trustee appointment (as they did in Ga.) it probably would have been.
