They got in their heads he is out to get them. Of course there is zero evidence and it is outright silly. It is just something for them to rally around and give themselves a feeling they are still in the game. They are pretty excited on some other boards.
If I was in NYC I would go to the hearing, watching the deluded fools tell the judge about the evil NSS and detractors who have killed their precious company would be priceless. Some want to send the judge posts by the evil detractors, which is pretty funny as they would likely just make the judge think they are nutjobs who can't see a fraud right in front of their eyes.
Its just a mass hysteria promoted by the self serving M&M and their lackeys. When it comes right down to it, only between 70 and 200 are involved at all. Thats a pretty insignificant, though vocal, percentage of the thousands of SPNG bagholders.
But it provides terrific entertainment and comic relief, IMO.
