Thats what I was getting at.They can say anything to get us to invest.These guys used an osr recomendation and a false "roadmap" with product develeopments and launch dates to secure private placement funds.They ripped the PP people off.I would sue if I were one BUT the average investor has NO recorse!! I think what laser is doing is misguided and mean spirited.If the PP guys get together and sue,what will they gain from a broke company.I think we all got screwed. Market is way down find a real company to invest in and make back your losses.

definitely something rotten - trading for 35 years and never seen anything like this including all the ones that went "tits up" (but I wasn't in on Madoff's or Enron) so I guess there is worse ...
