that's right, rosebud, and although i can understand the frustration of some shareholders with the recovery committee not issuing PRs for the past year, the relevant FACTS are (i) that there was sensitive litigation going on, (ii) that there was a gag order in place, and (iii) that Gib DID make his personal contact information public several months ago --
it has been right here in the ibox for all to see --
and he has been very responsive both to me and to many other longs here, so anyone who really wanted to find out "what is going on with ECT" -- rather than speculate that nothing is happening, or that the committee has given up, etc. -- were simply not willing to pick up a telephone or send an email...
there is something to be said for NOT issuing FLUFF press releases, and for waiting until something definite happens before one is issued, and i'm sure that the same people who have been complaining that the team has not been issuing PRs would be complaining if the team had issued lots of fluff PRs....
patience and diligence will pay off, as they always do --
and i for one am looking forward to meeting several of you at the shareholders meeting....
