Notice the wording here by THJMW. She specifically states "...by all of the parties who have a stake in this case in connection with the confirmation process..." The use of this verbiage specifically excludes those who were not included in the GSA....meaning common shareholders (and perhaps preferreds) by saying those in connection with the confirmation process!
Mountains out of mole-hills? Perhaps...but to me this was a clear jab at the debtors, JPM, and the FDIC, bondholders, etc.
