I did. They stated that private holdings are not subject to the same rules as public holdings. The information relayed was that the claim holders are recorded- but not individuals or companies who have interests in these particular entities. Perhaps she thought it equated to stocks. Don't know- not my area of expertise. Thank you for the input.
