Yes the BLM would have a record of any such claims in FFGOs name....That is what the BLM does and they do not give out claims to unamed companies or people, if such was the case there would be no way for the BLM to collect the roylties from mining opperations...Fact is al claims are recorded with the name of who holds the claim and such...You are wrong...Go on and give the BLM a call and get the facts.
