When you say that "NVS/MNTA's is identical to branded Lovenox," you mean identical for commerical purposes, not in a technical/scientific sense, right? The drugs don't have to be perfectly identical (just "bioequivalent"), right?
How do the branded generics in India and other places work, if they are not even close to being chemically similar to the branded original? Who exactly gives them the authority to market those drugs and why? Aren't they putting large populations of patients at risk?
