Am I correct…that the drug is FULLY interchangeable with the branded version?

Yes, indeed. Despite the histrionics from Sanofi, generic Lovenox will essentially sell itself.

After a five-year review, the FDA has certified that NVS/MNTA’s generic is identical to branded Lovenox. Anything SNY now says in conflict with this message will be readily recognized as spin.
