They have to close on the land, first. If that happens, then these groundbreaking timelines can be taken seriously.

Just heard that they haven't closed on the land yet.

It would be good if there was some way of confirming that this was going to happen soon.

Otherwise, stating a definite timeframe for breaking ground is just asking for trouble if they don't meet it.

But on the plus side, the IRBs are approved.
