There has been NO indication of this. The company has stated many times over NO dilution is planned. This has been proven to be true over the past few months. As far as the R/S is concerned, why would any investor hear about that before they do it? I have never heard of any stinky pinky discussing this openly before it happens. You can either choose to invest or not, take it or leave it. Thats like a blackjack dealer telling you he has 21 before he offers you insurance.
