The numbers shown indicate to me that they will have to raise the "authorized" to sell any more shares...however, as they are a pink and CE status, they can do so without us hearing about it until after the fact, by calling the registrar....can this change be far away in order to raise money for UWRL? ...and is a R/S in the works?
