From Eric - Current Status update

Subject: WNBD - IDS Procedure and Pink Sheets Review

For the moderators -

In answer to a question about why the Pink Sheets upgrading sequence is not coordinated behind the scenes in order to happen “converge” all at once – The attorney and Pink Sheets prefer to formally review the document once it is uploaded, so as to render their opinion on the public document. It is not a matter of the company choosing or preferring to separate these steps.

More like you are licensed electition but need upgrading and special permits for special projects, and red tape gets in the way while you are trying to get those, BUT you have no special projects YET, just ordinary ones and you are working on those and trying to get the custom ones at the same time. You need to keep working at both and not lose sight of the big picture..

If I was Eric I certainly would be spoon feeding the gerber because there are a few here that act like babies. I keep reading Eric failed to deliver Current status, needs a better attorney...blah blah blah. There are many things in the business world that are completely dependent on third party actions. Did you ever see what happens if somebody tries to stamp their feet and show their attitude to somebody taking care of them at a place like the DMV? They don't care about customers, they know they are a necessity. Someone is in a hurry...they slowwww it down.

Eric is not dealing with the Customer Service end of the industry. It is not like Current Status didn't happen last time because he overslept and missed bringing Mr. Pinksheets a cup of coffee. He did his part and had the documents uploaded when he said he was going to. Attorney review and letter took a while as all attorney actions do, and then then Pinksheets wanted clarification which sounded like it probably involved purging old records and ledgers for more detatiled clarification on spending. Taken all that in consideration, do you really think a couple shareholders stamping their feet is even worth the effort? Reminds me of the Simpsons episode where Homer is driving and Bart keeps saying, "Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet?" You can say that a million times, isn't going to make you get to where you are going any faster. Just sayin...
