In answer to a question about why the Pink Sheets upgrading sequence is not coordinated behind the scenes in order to happen “converge” all at once – The attorney and Pink Sheets prefer to formally review the document once it is uploaded, so as to render their opinion on the public document. It is not a matter of the company choosing or preferring to separate these steps.
