By the way, in case you didn't understand the court ruling, they DIDN'T say that they couldn't have a recount, they just set unreasonable conditions for it.
No, I understand the ruling. The whole point is that the recount was not Constitutional because it did not use a standardized method and it did not count all of the counties in the same way, thus violating equal rights. This ruling was seven to two, so you can hardly say it was partisan. Maybe for the two.
Give it up already. Algore lost. George W. won. The sooner you can admit that, the sooner you can attain inner peace.
