The weather does not affect the work, miller.
It's 12 months a year. It's strange the ideas people have about Canada. However in extremely swampy areas they can get around for drilling in the summer but sometimes they postpone it until the wet areas freeze enough to support access roads and trails. And of course lots of times they drill on the the frozen lakes. So it works both ways. Good drilling all year round .. and they do.
