I doubt it. The [e-mail] email is answered in broken Engrish that reads a lot like Mosky's. I recon there is an Ira Minkoff, butt either he is as dumb as Mosky or Mosky answers the email to the [e-mail] address for him.

It ain't kosher I tell ya.

I can't imagine the real Ira Minkoff will be too pleased when he learns of Gasparini's filing with his name in it calling out forgery and perjury issues related to the bankruptcy filing.

Being one of Mosky's "friends" is a very dangerous thing!
