Paul actually was pretty successful at Hathaway. You can search for Rainmakers post that elaborated on what he accomplished there.

As long as the court drama is going on, he has no reason to PR anything. Once he wins, anyone still holding shares will also be a winner.

I bet I could go to almost any board on IHUB and find 2 or 3 people sharing emails from the CEO. There is nothing unusual about that.
