I day trade and was wondering if I could open a streaming chart on the ipad when I have to be away from my desktop. I just wonder how much of a data hog charts would be?
Plus, I'd have a trading account open with constantly changing data. I just have no clue as to what that data usage would be.
Most of the time I'm at my desktop anyway... it's only for short periods that I had to leave for whatever reason. It seems that closing or opening a trade would be much easier on the ipad than it is my phone. And, I wouldn't need to buy a new laptop. I'd use this in place of it. I have a laptop on order with Dell and they keep delaying by a week. They've done it twice now and today I got a message that unless I email them stating I still want delivery the order will be cancelled per FTC rules. I'm letting it cancel since this looks like it might be a better option for me.
