The conference call stated the average price they sold shares at with the ATM was approx 3.50.
How does that fit with your point of view?

I also wonder why they just don't use debt, interest rates are zero.

That is absolute bull's pizzle.

They just told us yesterday they haven't touched the new shelf. What the pps has is about 1 1/2 million shares sold short from 6-16 to 6-30 and that has been the primary selling that you 'see'. Aided and abetted by the usual screamers, of course.

Average ATM selling was about $3.50 per share, as reported. Hey, you can look it up! And you can sue too!

FWIW, volume was about 2-1 A.M. over P.M session and pps would have probably been hunky dory except for that 100K market sell @ 1.90 about 1/12 hours in.
