CC was for yearend as of April 30

Now they are selling below $2!

The only think we hear from company is that they didn’t use new ATM as of June 30 and are frustrated that the price is going down when they sold old ATM and now selling new ATM at any price

We didn’t hear from co why they selling stock like they are going out of style when they have 1.4 year in cash
